Mount Gallitzin Academy is pleased to offer the following athletic opportunities for boys and girls:

Students and families wishing to participate in athletics must abide by the Mount Gallitzin Academy Code of Conduct and the Athletic Association By-Laws.

Students must complete the following medical forms and return them to the school office before participating in athletics.
