St. Joseph of Baden, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit Corporation,
is entitled as a 501 (C) 3 organization to accept gifts by
Will. The following sample wordings are general suggestions
and the advice and assistance of your attorney should be obtained
in specific situations.
Unrestricted Bequest
I give,
devise, or bequeath to Villa St. Joseph of Baden, Inc.,
a Pennsylvania non-profit Corporation, located at 1030 State
Street, Baden, Pennsylvania 15005, (the sum of $_______),
(________percent of my estate), (the following property),
(the residue or remainder of my estate), to be used for
its general purposes and mission.
Restricted
Bequest
I give,
devise, or bequeath to Villa St. Joseph of Baden, Inc.,
a Pennsylvania non-profit Corporation, the sum of $_______),
(_______percent of my estate), (the following property),
(the residue or remainder of my estate, to be use for the
specific purpose of Villa St. Joseph of Baden, Inc. If in
the opinion of Villa St. Joseph of Baden, Inc., it is impossible
or impractical to use this bequest for said purpose, then
the gift may be used for such other closely aligned purpose
as shall most nearly accomplish my wishes within the sole
discretion of the Board of Directors of Villa St. Joseph
of Baden, Inc.
Perpetual
Endowed Fund
I give,
devise, or bequeath to Villa St. Joseph of Baden, Inc.,
a Pennsylvania non-profit organization, located at 1030
State Street, Baden, Pennsylvania 15005, (the sum of $_____),
( ______percent of my estate), (the following property),
(the residue or remainder of my estate, to be known as ________Memorial
Endowment Fund. The fund is to be invested by Villa St.
Joseph of Baden, Inc., as it deems advisable either separately
or commingled for investment purpose with other funds administered
by Villa St. Joseph of Baden, Inc.
Contingent
Bequest
I give
and bequeath to Villa St. Joseph of Baden, Inc., the residue
of my estate owned by me at my death to my wife or husband
if she/he survives me. If my wife/husband does not survive
me, I give and bequeath my residuary estate to Villa St.
Joseph of Baden, Inc., 1030 State Street, Baden, Pennsylvania
15005.
