I give, devise, or bequeath to Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit Corporation, located at 1016 State Street, Baden, Pennsylvania 15005, (the sum of $_______), (________percent of my estate), (the following property), (the residue or remainder of my estate), to be used for its general purposes and mission.

I give, devise, or bequeath to Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit Corporation, located at 1016 State Street, Baden, Pennsylvania 15005,( the sum of $_______), (_______percent of my estate), (the following property), (the residue or remainder of my estate, to be use for the specific purpose of Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc. If in the opinion of Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., it is impossible or impractical to use this bequest for said purpose, then the gift may be used for such other closely aligned purpose as shall most nearly accomplish my wishes within the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc.

Perpetual Endowed Fund

I give, devise, or bequeath to Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit organization, located at 1016 State Street, Baden, Pennsylvania 15005, (the sum of $_____), ( ______percent of my estate), (the following property), (the residue or remainder of my estate, to be known as ________Memorial Endowment Fund. The fund is to be invested by Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., as it deems advisable either separately or commingled for investment purpose with other funds administered by Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc.

Contingent Bequest

I give and bequeath to Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., the residue of my estate owned by me at my death or to my wife or husband if she/he survives me. If my wife/husband does not survive me, I give and bequeath my residuary estate to Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., 1016 State Street, Baden, Pennsylvania 15005.

Please consult with your attorney concerning the best way for you to provide for Mount Gallitzin Academy, Inc., in your will and estate planning. The Department of Resource Development would be happy to work with you and your attorney in arranging your bequest or major gift.
