Faith. Field. Feast. Farm to Table Dinner

Help us grow community in Beaver and Allegheny counties by attending Faith. Field. Feast. This special evening on our Motherhouse grounds will feature locally sourced foods and live music by country-folk duo Sweetheart of the Barricades.

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, small plates, optional garden tours, samples of KingView Mead and a coffee bar by Beaver Falls Coffee & Tea Company. Cura Hospitality chefs will prepare and serve locally sourced foods, including pan seared jumbo sea scallops with sticky rice and tomato sambal, grilled beef tenderloin with purple mashed potatoes and a chimichurri sauce, seared duck breast with cherries, port wine sauce and polenta and an heirloom tomato with homemade ricotta and a fresh herb oil drizzle. Proceeds will support the Sisters’ community gardens and establish the Sister St. Mark Fund to provide assistance to community gardens in Beaver and Allegheny counties. Through this fund, community gardens will be able to apply for grants to help their garden function, flourish and provide the gift of food.
