This winter, we will offer an afternoon in honor of our winged brothers and sisters. Our guest speaker will inspire us with images of wildlife and our need to preserve their habitats. We will consider the effects of climate change and how we can do our part to ensure a healthy planet for all God’s creatures. Weather permitting, we will participate in the Audubon Society’s Great Backyard Bird Count. Bring your binoculars! This is a joint event of our Spirituality, Ecology and Justice ministries.
Date: Saturday, February 16, from 1:00-3:00 PM
Cost: There is no cost for this event but registration is appreciated by February 11. Call 724-869-6587 or email spiritcenter@stjoseph-baden.org.
Presenters: Nature photographer Don Weiss and Luke Badaczewski, our Coordinator of Grounds and Environment
