The COVID-19 pandemic reminds us how we are all connected as a global community – neighbor to neighbor, and neighbor to God. During these unprecedented times of anxiety and uncertainty, the Sisters of St. Joseph have continued to reach out to our neighbors in need by making masks for the incarcerated, sending cards to essential workers, tending God’s Creation, contributing to our local YMCA meal program, advocating for racial justice, hosting virtual programs and prayer groups and offering prayerful support.

Have you lost a loved one? We know experiencing grief during the pandemic is especially difficult as we are often unable to mourn in-person with family and friends. We recently planted and blessed a willow tree on our grounds in remembrance of all lives lost and mourned during the pandemic.
We invite you to submit the name of a loved one who has died during the pandemic so we may remember them in our prayers. When we can all come together again safely, our hope is to have a public dedication of this living memorial and acknowledge each life lost during these unprecedented
times.
