Voces Solis, a premier chamber choir based in Pittsburgh, PA, will present The Love of Thousands, an Uncommon Concert sponsored by the Genesis Collective in the Sisters of St. Joseph chapel on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 7 pm.
Voces Solis is known for showcasing an inspiring mix of classical, contemporary, and rarely performed works for audiences who share a love for meaningful, moving choral music. Along with their expressive performances and exceptional artistry, the choir is also committed to accessibility.

All Voces Solis concerts are free and open to the public, ensuring that high-quality live performances are available to all. Every project is designed to create inclusive musical experiences that connect and inspire.
The Love of Thousands is inspired by Reena Esmail’s The Love of Thousands, a piece that explores how our existence relies on the love of thousands of people who came before us. Works by James MacMillan, Gwyneth Walker, Jonathan Dove, Roxanna Panufnik and others examine how we are changed by love; how we are the products of love received; and how, in the end, we will be measured by the love we share.
Light refreshments will be served.
