There are seasons in every life.
Some invite us to release what no longer serves us. Others ask us to wait with patience, to trust what is quietly taking root, to welcome new beginnings, or to step more fully into the life that is emerging. While the calendar marks the changing seasons, our inner lives move through these rhythms in their own time.
Seasons of Grace is an offering of four one-day retreats that invite women to pause, notice, and reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of both the natural world and the rhythms of the liturgical year. Whether you find yourself most at home in the language of nature, Christian spirituality, or simply in a longing to slow down and listen more deeply, you are welcome here.
Grounded in Gestalt practice, each retreat offers opportunities for embodied awareness, quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, creative expression, and time in nature. Together we will explore the invitations each season offers—not as something to achieve, but as something to notice, receive, and live.
The peaceful grounds of Trinity House on the campus of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Baden provide a rich setting for our exploration. Throughout the year we may find ourselves walking the labyrinth, sitting beneath the trees, visiting the beehives or vernal springs, reflecting in the chapel or grotto, or simply allowing the landscape itself to become one of our teachers.
Each retreat stands on its own, allowing you to attend the season that speaks most deeply to where you are today. For those who choose to journey through all four, the retreats become an unfolding story—a gentle invitation to recognize the grace that accompanies every season of life.
Wisdom is not something we hand to one another; it is something we discover together through awareness, relationship, and presence. Sometimes while walking a labyrinth, noticing a bee at work, creating with our hands, or hearing another woman’s story echo our own.
