Beginning July 1, 2026, our United Way focus area transitioned to food security following the successful fulfillment of the foster care ministry’s funding needs.
With your donation, you can help our community gardens and chickens provide fresh produce and eggs to those who need them most. Our Ecology team and our community gardeners donated more than 1,700 pounds of food in 2025 through weekly produce donations to Center for Hope and The Ladle in Ambridge, House of Prayer Little Free Pantry in Aliquippa, Twelve Loaves Soup Kitchen in New Brighton, and Feeding Bridgeville.
To our longtime foster care supporters, thank you! Because of you, Sisters Sandy Kiefer and Lynn Miller have lovingly opened their hearts and home to more than 90 foster children ranging in age from newborns to age 17.
